Return & Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped out 1-2 business days after order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following open business day. 


Mocha Mane will be closed on the following dates:

New Year’s Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Friday after Thanksgiving
Christmas Day

All delivery times are estimated. Mocha Mane is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control including, but not limited to, acts of nature.


All shipments will be through USPS. You will receive a tracking number once your order is processed. Please note that the tracking number can take up to 24 hours to register shipment. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation please contact Customer Care via email. hello@mochamane.com Allow up to 48 hours for a response. 

For orders in the U.S., we offer Standard shipping and Priority shipping.
For all International orders, we offer First Class International and Priority Express. Shipping costs will adjust in checkout. 

We offer FREE standard shipping for ALL orders over $75 inside the U.S. Use the code FREESHIP Mocha Mane will cover up to $15 shipping costs.
Mocha Mane is not responsible for any customs or duty charges imposed by your country. We do not issue refunds due to carrier delays or delay due to customs. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine additional costs prior to buying.


We are not responsible for lost packages, when carrier states that your package was delivered.

We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are final.


If you have any issues with an order such as damaged goods, contact us and send pictures to hello@mochamane.com within 48 hours of delivery. We can not honor any requests after that time period.
